Marshall L. Eslinger

Marshall L. Eslinger, 79, Stanley, died Sunday, Sept. 5, 2021, at Oakbrook Nursing and Rehab Center in Thorp.

Marshall was born March 13, 1942, to the late Edward and Esther (Drace) Eslinger.

He grew up in Stanley, and attended area schools.

Marshall worked building ammunition at Presto and later, for Boyd Feed and Supply, for many years.

Marshall loved to visit, making lots of daily stops and “spreading the news” in Stanley. He was a kind and good man.

He is preceded in death by his sister – Mildred Pilgrim; and brothers – Michael, Norbert and Rhinehardt.

A funeral mass was held at 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 10, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Stanley, with Father William Felix officiating. Burial followed in Holy Family Cemetery in Stanley.

Visitation was one hour prior to services, at the church.

Plombon Funeral Service assisted the family.
