Arlene M. Beighley

Arlene M. Beighley, 88, Holcombe, passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her family, Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021.

Arlene was born in 1933, to parents Emil and Ella Walsvik.

She married Milton Beighley in 1951.

Arlene had a warm, gentle presence and a deep love for her family. She will be missed dearly by her children and extended family.

She is survived by 11 daughters and four sons – Kay Olmstead, Judy Knez, Monica (Robert) Langel, Joan (Robert) Schwennsen, Cheryl Beighley, Debra (Cassie) Scheidler, Janice (Robert) Nicolai, Becky Beighley, Marlene Beighley, Sandra (Brian) Acker, Carol Beighley, Vernon (Patricia) Beighley, Jeffery Beighley, Kenneth (Karen) Beighley and James (Kim) Beighley; two sisters – Helen (Larry) Sime and Gloria (John) Dixon; and many grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband – Milton; her parents; four siblings – Louise, Bud, Ann and Butch; and son-in-law – Dennis.

Services will be at 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 20, at Holcombe United Methodist Church, with Pastor Dean Benzschawel officiating. Burial will be in the Cornell Cemetery.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the services, Monday morning, at the church.

Borton-Leiser Funeral Home in Cornell, is in charge of arrangements.
