Sonnentag crowned at Muskego

By Ginna Young Gaining more experience, the young Cadott girls wrestling squad headed to Muskego for an invitational Jan. 14. Once again, freshman Iszy Sonnentag (107 pounds) claimed the top spot for the Hornets, bringing home a title in her weight class. In the quarterfinals, Sonnentag won over E.C. North’s Tatum Carey, before taking a 14-5 major decision over Elliot Mulloy, of Waukesha West. She then faced Makenzie Hagen (Whitnall-Greendale), taking the victory in just 17 seconds.
