Deanna Nolden

Deanna Nolden, 82, Middleton, died June 9, 2023, at Agrace Hospice, in Fitchburg.

Deanna was born in Cadott, in 1940, to Theodore and Vlasta (Josifek) Falkenberg.

She attended Cadott High School, before studying nursing at Luther Hospital School of Nursing, in Eau Claire. She also served in the Army Reserve.

Deanna was a proud RN, who retired from Metastar, in 2006. She was a life-long lover of animals and is survived by her five kitties (Callie, Fritzie, Mr. Fluff, Annie and Teddy), who were all adopted by family members.

She is survived by brother – Dennis (Diane) Falkenberg; sisters – Veralee (Steve) Block and Melody (Pat) Peloquin; sister-in-law – Mary Falkenberg; daughters – Jennifer Anderson, Stephanie (John) Porcellino, Cheryl (Gabriel) Osuorji, Mark (Janet) Nolden and Laura (Tom) Theis; grandchildren – Ryan (Sarah Carlo) Prestil, Chukwuma (Cindy) Osuorji, Obinna (Sarah) Osuorji, Onyekachi (Caroline) Osuorji and Tonya (Erik) Erickson; several greatgrandchildren; godsons – Patrick and Adam Peloquin; cousin – Marcy (Chuck) Jahr; aunt – Thelma Josifek; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband – David Nolden; her parents; and brother – Teddy.

Services were held in June, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Middleton.
