Jessie MarieAnn (Bever) Thompson

Jessie MarieAnn (Bever) Thompson, 48, Cornell, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022.

Jessie was born Nov. 15, 1973, to Tim and Lola (Sieben) Bever in Barron.

She grew up in Barron, and attended and graduated from Barron High School in 1992.

Jessie married Scott Thompson April 10, 1999, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Cornell.

She was employed at Jerome Foods in Barron, the Cornell Area Care Center and most recently, at Cornell Chiropractic.

Jessie enjoyed gardening, scrapbooking, cards, camping and crafts.

She is survived by her husband – Scott Thompson; son – Luke Thompson; father Tim (Peggi) Bever; mother – Lola Bever; brother – Michael (Sarah) Bever; in-laws – Arden (Marilyn) Thompson; and nieces and nephew – Lexi, Grace and Jacob.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents – George and Beverly Bever; maternal grandparents – Raymond and Dorothy Sieben; great-grandparents – Glenn and Luella Fladten, and Frederick and Anne Olsen; grandparents-in-law – Joe and Julia Wojtina, and Harold and Averil Thompson.

A memorial visitation will be held from noon to 4 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 15, with a prayer at 4 p.m., by the Rev. Andy Schottelkorb, at Borton-Leiser Funeral Home in Cornell.
