Angeline “Angie” Fravert Angeline “Angie” Fravert

Angeline 'Angie' Luvjoy Fravert, age 84, of Loyal, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026, at the Waterford in Colby. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 21,2026, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Loyal. Rev. Dan Zimmerman will officiate. A time of visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, and again on May 21 from 10 a.m. to the time of the service. Her children and grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Angeline Luvjoy Lloyd was born on Jan. 9,1942, to Ray and Loretta (Alberts) Lloyd in the township of Raymond, Racine County. Following her preschool years spent in Racine County, Angie's family moved to a small farm near Rip linger, where she was raised, receiving her early education there, and later in Loyal. She was baptized on July 11,1954, at St. John's Lutheran Church of Spencer, Riplinger congregation. On March 12,1960, she was united in marriage to Dale Alvin Fravert at Trinity Lutheran Church in Loyal, where they made their home. She was confirmed in the faith at Trinity Lutheran Church on April 3,1960. Angie worked hard, and loved to cook and help people. She held many jobs: babysitting, working at the Roundy's and IGA stores, Fiskars, Johnson Garment, Lynn Dairy, the TRG, Spanky's, and the Loyal Food Court. In 1978, she and Dale bought their own bar, named it Fravert's Place, and ran it for six and a half years. They served her homemade roast beef sandwiches with chips and her own homemade pickles. Later they added a grill and served burgers and fries as well. But the best job she ever had was babysitting all nine of her grandkids. We were so blessed to have 23 extra years with her beyond the brain tumor and coma she survived. We are grateful for her courage to overcome so many health challenges. She and Dale loved going for rides. They probably traveled every road in Clark County! She enjoyed a good cup of coffee while watching a cooking show or doing a word find puzzle. She loved crafts, coffee, dill pickle pizza, popcorn, sewing clothes for her kids and grandkids, quilting at church, coffee, growing flowers in her yard, working in her daughter's greenhouse, Packer games — for the food and the family time — and with almost everything ... coffee! She was one of the pioneers who brought the TOPS weight loss group to Loyal and one of the people who helped start the community Thanksgiving dinner in Loyal. Oh, and she really loved coffee. The last drink she had was a sip of coffee. Angie will be dearly missed by her children: Cindy (Paul) Weyer, Vicki (Brian) Schreiner, and Scott (Rhonda) Fravert, all of Loyal; her grandchildren: Michael Weyer, Michele (Cain) Krug, Ceirra (Kory) Schuette, Kesler (Rachael) Schuette, Hannah (Seth) Baumgartner, Alexis Schreiner, Derek (Raquel) Fravert, Desiree Fravert, and Boden Fravert; and her great-grandchildren: Maverick and Easton Fravert, and Haisley and August Schuette. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law: Norleen Lloyd of Wausau, Karen (Ken) Boehnen of Marshfield, and Sue Fravert of Loyal; her brother-in-law, Marlin (Barb) Fravert of Texas; and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Angie was preceded in death by her husband, Dale; her parents, Ray and Loretta Lloyd; her father and mother-in-law, Alvin and Eveline Fravert; three brothers: Harold, Bob, and Don (Jean) Lloyd; two sisters: June (Allen) Prior, and Rita Niswonger on Nov. 18, 2025; and her brother-in-law, Dennis Fravert. Any memorial gifts will be distributed in the church and community she loved so much. Our sincere gratitude to the staff of the Waterford, St. Croix Hospice, and Inclusa for your wonderful, compassionate care of our mom. We know she left her mark on your hearts. We are deeply indebted to you all. Online condolences may be expressed at cuddiefh.com. Cuddie Funeral Home of Loyal is assisting the family with arrangements.
