Frederick Awe

Frederick C. Awe, 68, Owen, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2023, at his home under the tender care of Compassus Hospice.

Frederick was born on March 14, 1955, the son of Calvin and Gladys (Kuester) Awe in Wisconsin. He graduated from Greenwood High School in 1973, and was a dairy farmer until his retirement in 2008. He enjoyed helping other farmers and watching nature. He got to enjoy watching the birds and deer outside his room in his final days.

Frederick is survived by his siblings: Mark Awe of Spencer, Russell Awe of Madison, and Alice (Eugene) Hahto of Owen. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Elizabeth Hahto of Owen.

He was preceded in death by his parents. As per Frederick’s wishes, there will be no services at this current time. Family and friends may express condolences online at www.maurinaschilling. com.
