Matthew “Matt” J. Siddons, 33, Cadott, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021, at the University of Minnesota Hospital, with his wife by his side.

Visitation will be held at Leiser Funeral Home in Cadott, Thursday, Jan. 6, from 2 to 7 p.m. Family and friends are invited to share their memories of Matt at 6:30 p.m.
