Animal Acrobats
Discover how different animals move, learn to identify tracks, and even meet a few live animals like a snake and bearded dragon. Paper Snail Craft
Children are invited to make a unique paper snail craft the week of June 23-28 at the Marathon City Branch Library. Kids can drop in anytime during open hours to create a colorful snail using rolled paper coil shapes. Call 715-443-2775 more information.
Patriotic Art Fair
Alois Dreikosen Unit 469 of the American Legion Auxiliary will present its Patriotic Art Fair premier exhibit in conjunction with the concerts in the park sponsored by the Marathon Heritage Center.
Visit the Marathon City Heritage Center on Tuesday, June 17, from 6-8 p.m and the Heritage Center, The Copper Mug and Pizza Market on Tuesday, July 15, and Tuesday, Aug. 12, from 6-8 p.m. The mission of the art fair is to promote patriotism and love of country, and to think about the sacrifices made, what it means to have freedom, to bring people of all ages together, to have fun with red, white and blue, and to show spirit and pride within our community.
