Luke came to CCHS from a local farm in May. He is just 1 year old and weighs 29.5 pounds. Luke is a handsome blue heeler (or Australian cattle dog) with a black, white, tan, and merle coat that’s a little fluffy. He has great perky ears, too. Luke is a friendly but shy guy and is a little overwhelmed at the shelter due to all the changes he has experienced lately. He’s adjusting, and getting better at walking on a leash all the time. The great thing is that he’s a smart boy and ready to learn. He will do best with lots of patience and love from a family who is willing to give him time to learn and adjust.
