Colby Reischel

Colby Reischel, 22, passed away from injuries sustained in a car accident, Friday, Nov. 21, 2025.

Colby was born May 8, 2003, to Jennifer Reischel and Wayne Jones.

She had a heart full of compassion, which was evident in her chosen career, as a home health hospice worker.

Colby’s greatest joy in life, was her two-year-old daughter, Brinlee, whom she adored beyond measure. The bond they shared was truly special and Colby’s spirit will be alive in Brinlee forever.

Those who knew Colby will remember her radiant smile, her ability to make others feel welcome, and her loyalty to her family and friends. Colby’s kindness and vibrant spirit will never be forgotten.

Colby had a strong faith in the Lord, which recently became renewed.

She is survived by her daughter – Brinlee; mother – Jennifer (Dean Taylor) Reischel; father – Wayne (Nicole) Jones; brothers – Colton (Ashley Walton) Reischel and Kadyn Jones; sisters – Belle and Abby Jones; maternal grandparents – Patty and Tom Reischel; and numerous aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents – Patricia and Gerald Jones; and sister – Shelby.

A celebration of Colby’s life is Saturday, Nov. 29, from noon to 3 p.m., at the Bloomer Area Veteran’s Center, where family and friends will gather, to honor her memory, share stories, and surround Brinlee with the love and support that Colby would have wished for her.
