Jodell “Jodi” Dorothy Gadke

Jodell “Jodi” Dorothy Gadke, 54, Holcombe, passed away Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, at home, with her loving husband and pets by her side.

Jodi was born Nov. 24, 1970, to Wayne Bathke and Diane (Scheidler) Bathke, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chippewa Falls.

She was raised in the Drywood area. Jodi married Jim Gadke, Oct. 9, 1996. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, going for rides on the Harley and antique shopping.

Jodi worked at Mulehide paper mill, for many years. She is survived by her husband – Jim Gadke; her two sons – Dan (Kelsey) Bathke and Branden (Allison) Bathke; two stepsons – Robert (Camille) Gadke and Brandon (Celest) Gadke; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; mother and stepfather – Diane (Lyell) Amdahl; one half sister – Lea (Bill) Wubker; five stepsiblings; and maternal grandmother – Anita Marion.

She was proceeded in death by her father and stepmother – Wayne (Joan) Bathke; brothers – Wayne “Buck” Bathke and Lonnie Amdahl; stepbrother – Mark Warner; sister – Kelly Winger; grandson – Jason Gadke; greatgranddaughter – Evelyn Gadke; grandparents – Robert Scheidler and Walt (Dorothy) Bathke; and mother and father in-law – James (Evelyn) Gadke.

A celebration of life is Sunday, Oct. 19, from noon to 4 p.m., at The Frog Hop, in Cadott.
