Dean Edward Grimm

Dean Edward Grimm, 63, Cadott, passed away at home, Friday, April 11, 2025.

Dean was born Jan. 29, 1962, to David and Carol (Webb) Grimm, one of five children.

He attended school in Cadott, graduating with the Class of 1980. Dean married Sharon Nelson, April 18, 1981, and they had three children. They later divorced.

He was a jack of all trades, best described as a mixture of Bob Villa, Betty Crocker and The Red Green Show.

Dean enjoyed canning, pickling, gardening, hunting and fishing. He would share his head cheese, jerky and pickled everything, at his favorite local establishments.

Over the years Dean was a farmer, a butcher and an arborist.

He is survived by his three children – James (Bethany) Grimm, Cadott, Jeremy Grimm, Stanley, and Crystal (Casey) Dorn, Boyd; his siblings – Rick Grimm, Cadott, Mark Grimm, Augusta, Diane (Pat) Murphy, Ludington, and David (Janet) Grimm, Kingston, Ill.; grandchildren – Dominick (Tori), Evjen, Elliot, Alexis, Sophie, Logan, Brantley, Dexter and Mila; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
