Margaret Ellen Murphy

Margaret Ellen Murphy, 87, of Medford, died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025 at Our House Assisted Living in Medford surrounded by her family and while under the care of St. Croix Hospice.

Margaret and Frank were married on Aug. 17, 1957 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Medford. They resided in Chicago where Margaret managed a restaurant before moving to Columbus in 1997. While living in Columbus, she worked in the laundry department at the hospital.
Family was most important to Margaret, so when she and Frank retired, they moved back to Medford to be close to their grandchildren. Margaret was so happy to be able to babysit, attend events and cook for the family. She will be remembered for her fantastic
