Patricia “Pat” L. Gerstberger

Patricia “Pat” L. Gerstberger, age 73, of Rib Lake, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025, at her home under the care of her family and Hope Hospice & Palliative Care. Pat was born in Eau Claire, to the late Laurence and Mary Lou (Skattebo) Silvernail. Survivors include her husband, John Gerstberger; her daughters, Mary Gerstberger and Julie Gerstberger; her brother, Robert Silvernail; and her sister, Barbara Silvernail. She is also survived by sister-in-law, Janice Olson; cherished nieces, Amanda (Lucas) Brady and Connie (Warren) Wisniewski; and nephew, Mike Hedlund.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Laurence and Mary Lou; her sister, Sue Silvernail; and her in-laws, Elmer and Elsie Gerstberger.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 13 at 11 a.m. at the Rib Lake Senior Center. The family will receive friends for visitations from 9 a.m. until the services at 11 a.m. A light lunch will follow.

Pat was a devoted and loving mother, a fantastic cook, and greatly enjoyed her flower gardens. She was an avid fan of the Vikings, Twins, and country music. She worked at Gem Products shoe factory and dedicated 30 years to the Rib Lake School District lunch program.

A private graveside burial will be held at Lakeview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials should be given to the family for future designation.
