Dean V. Rollins, 59, Bullhead City, Ariz., formerly of Granton, died on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at Mountain View Hospital in Las Vegas, Nev. Dean was an organ donor and was cremated. There will be a memorial service at a later date.

Dean Verlyn Rollins was born on Dec. 22, 1961, at Marshfield Hospital, Marshfield, to Verlyn and Frieda (nee Wesenberg) Rollins. Dean attended grade school in Chili and Nasonville, and high school in Granton, graduating in 1980. He was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1987 and was honorably discharged in 1992. He married Alice Richards of Crivitz on Aug. 18, 1984. They had two sons, Casey Kenneth and Robert Verlyn. Dean and Alice later divorced. Dean worked many jobs, but his favorite was the 20 years spent with Waupaca Foundry in Marinette. He loved everything wrestling. He wrestled in high school and college and also coached in a youth program. Dean married Rebecca Tallman of Marinette on April 17, 2004. They moved to Bullhead City, Ariz., in 2017 for Dean’s employment, where they resided until Dean’s death.

Dean is survived by his wife of 17 years, Rebecca; two sons: Casey (Christina) of Horicon, and Robert, currently of Marinette (Robby will be moving to San Jose, Calif. for his employment); his parents: Verlyn and Frieda Rollins of Granton; his siblings: David (Ronda) Rollins of Waupaca, Barb (Steve) Bullerman of Quasqueton, Iowa, Sue (Lenny) Howard of Loyal, and Steve Rollins of Plymouth, Minn.; five nieces and nephews; and two great-nieces. He is also survived by his step-children: Julie Buelteman and Chad Detert, both of Marinette; three grandchildren: Brandon Detert of Marinette, Jordan Buelteman of Marinette, and Zack Buelteman of Menominee, Mich.; and one great-grandchild, Ava Sova.

He will be forever loved and missed.
