The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Ryan J. Madlon, 38, Sheldon, exposing a child to harmful materials; Clinton D. Boyles, 38, Mosinee, two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, 10 counts of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping, possession with intent-amphetamine (less than or equal to three grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia; Rodney R. Galica, 46, Rib Lake, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury); Jacquelyn D. Ernspiger, 51, Medford, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia; Britney L Hostetler a.k.a. Britney Lee Ann Hostetler, 25, Medford, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia; James J. Dulac, 58, Eau Claire, battery; Megan E. Juno, 19, Stetsonville, disorderly conduct.

Lukas E. McAlpine, 46, Gilman, pled no contest to possession/loan/borrow another person’s license and forfeited $347.05.

A separate charge of place, use and hunt wild animals with bait-less than five gallons against McAlpine was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Jesse L. Stibbe, 39, Gilman, pled no contest to an amended charge of an ordinance violation for disorderly conduct and forfeited $330.50.

Robert J. Bishop, 51, Medford, pled no contest to manufacture/ delivery of non-narcotics. Sentence was withheld and Bishop was placed on probation for two years on the condition he serve 30 days in jail; pay a forfeiture of $648 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections (DOC); submit to a DNA sample; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with any treatment recommendations.

A separate charge of manufacture/delivery of Schedule I and Schedule II narcotics against Bishop was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Casey L. Hutjens, 39, La Crosse, pled no contest to possession with intent-amphetamine (greater than three to 10 grams) (repeater). Sentence was withheld and Hutjens was placed on probation for four years on the condition he pay a forfeiture of $698 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC; submit to a DNA sample, undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations. Counts of possession with intent-THC (less than or equal to 200 grams) (repeater), possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater) and maintaining a drug trafficking place (repeater) were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Hutjens also pled no contest to manufacture/delivery of amphetamine (less than or equal to three grams) (repeater). Sentence was withheld and Hutjens was placed on probation for four years on the condition he serve 90 days in jail; and pay a forfeiture of $868 and supervision fees as ordered by the DOC. The rest of the conditions are the same as for his other probation. A second count of manufacture/delivery of amphetamine (less than or equal to three grams) (repeater) was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Christine Kong, 34, Schofield, pled no contest to an amended charge of encouraging parole or probation violation. The original charge had been manufacture/ delivery of amphetamine-less than or equal to three grams. Kong was sentenced to serve nine months in jail, to run concurrent to her current prison sentence; forfeited $443; and must submit to a DNA sample. A count of delivering illegal articles to an inmate was dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

The following were granted divorce decrees: Bradley R. Peterson, 44, Sheboygan, and Jo Anne Peterson, 39, Rib Lake; Bradley P. Seavers, 50, Viola, and Melissa J. Seavers, 47, Medford; Randall D. Waldhart, 58, Medford, and Kay L. Waldhart, 52, Ladysmith.
