Jeremiah Betley, 27, Conrath was found guilty due to a no contest plea of OWI first offense. He was ordered to pay $876 in fines and costs and had his license revoked for seven months and undergo an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating with a PAC>= .15 was dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion.
Jason Faude, 47, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of exceeding speed zones (1-10 mph), amended from exceeding speed zones (11-15 mph) and was ordered to pay $155.30.
Jeffery Grambort, 61, Abbotsford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of speeding in a 55 mph zone (110 mph), amended from speeding in a 55 mph zone(11-15 mph) and was ordered to pay $175.30.
Daniel Lammar, 46, Stetsonville, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of inattentive driving amended from failure of operator to notify police of an accident and ordered to pay $187.90.
Diane Miles, 76, of Westboro, was found guilty due to a guilty plea of issuance of a worthless check and was ordered to pay a fine and restitution of $207.30.
Stanford Sullivan, 27, of Rib Lake, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of an ordinance violation of disorderly conduct amended from disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $330.50.
Elizabeth Wagner, 21, of Medford, was found guilty due to a no contest plea of speeding in a 55 mph zone (1-10 mph), amended from exceeding speed zones (11-15 mph) and ordered to pay $175.30.
Deferred prosecution
A deferred prosecution agreement was imposed for Bruce Drangle, 84, of Gilman for allowing animals to run at large.

Marlin Raymond, 60, of Medford pled not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to yield right of way from a stop sign, and hit and run.
