The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Austin A. Haynes, 18, Park Falls, battery (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury); Haley A. Hidalgo, 22, Rib Lake, disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer, battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer and felony bail jumping; Kim B. Bunkelman a.k.a. Kim Bunkelman, 49, Medford, disorderly conduct (domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury).

Shawn P. Daley, 40, Medford, pled no contest to disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of one year. As terms of the agreement, Daley must not commit any criminal offenses during the period of the agreement; notify the Taylor County district attorney and clerk of court offices of any address change within 10 days; comply with all of the terms of bond, which continues to remain in effect during the period of the agreement; have no contact with the victim except for child exchange purposes; write a letter of apology, pre-approved by the victim witness coordinator, to the victim; and attend counseling with a provider of his choice and provide proof of attendance to the district attorney’s office. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the state will move to dismiss the charge.

Alyssa A. Schellin, 18, Ogema, pled no contest to a charge of speeding 11-15 mph over the limit and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of six months. Upon successful completion of the first offenders program, the court will dismiss the case.

Shelly C. Hardy, 50, Medford, pled no contest to an amended charge of disorderly conduct and forfeited $263.50. The original charge had been disorderly conduct- domestic.

Edurado E. Lara Espinoza, 24, Stratford, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without carrying license and forfeited $393.50. The original charge had been operating without a valid license-third or greater offense within three years.

Gary N. Marschke, 45, Westboro, pled no contest to operating while under the influence-first offense. Marschke forfeited $859.50; his driver license was revoked for six months; he must attend a victim impact panel; and he must complete an alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.

A separate charge of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.08 percent and less than 0.15 percent-first offense was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Heidi L. Ried, 35, Stetsonville, pled guilty to disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and forfeited $363.50.

Tommy L. Wilkes, 33, Gilman, pled no contest to an amended charge of operating without carrying license and forfeited $150.10. The original charge had been operating without a valid license-first offense.

Nicole M. Williams, 47, Rudolph, pled no contest to operating while revoked and forfeited $443.

Williams also pled no contest to possession of THC. She was sentence to serve five days in jail; pay a forfeiture of $443; and must submit to a DNA sample. Counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while revoked were dismissed but read in for sentencing purposes.

Jakob L. Wickersheim, 22, Medford, pled no contest to an amended charge of theft in a business settinggreater than $2,500 to $5,000. The original charge had been theft in a business setting greater than $5,000 to $10,000. Sentence was withheld and Wickersheim was placed on probation for two years on the condition he serve 30 days in jail, pay a forfeiture of $7,482,05 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections; submit to a DNA sample; have no contact with the victim and not enter the Medford Hardees premises; write a letter of apology, pre-approved by probation, to the victim within 30 days of pleas and sentencing; undergo counseling as deemed appropriate by probation; obtain/maintain full-time employment or schooling; and undergo an alcohol and other drug abuse assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations.

The following were issued a divorce decree: Jonathan S. Terrones, 42, Medford, and Terri A. Terrones, 48, Stetsonville.
