A charge of operating an off-highway motorcycle without a valid certificate against Brecken S. Crowell, 17, Eau Claire, was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Petrie, 26, Rib Lake, two counts of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order-injunction; Taylor W. Bryant, 18, Medford, burglary of a building or dwelling (as a party to a
