A charge of operating an off-highway motorcycle without a valid certificate against Brecken S. Crowell, 17, Eau Claire, was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

Vestal, 34, Medford, second-degree recklessly endangering safety (repeater), possession of methamphetamine (repeater), making terrorist threats (repeater), possession of drug paraphernalia (repeater) and endangering safety by use of dangerous weapon (repeater); Richard M. De Santis, 54, Minong, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia; Shane D. Petrie Sr. a.k.a. Shane D. Petrie, 26, Rib Lake, two counts of knowingly violating a domestic abuse order-injunction; Taylor W. Bryant, 18, Medford, burglary of a building or dwelling (as a party to a

crime), two counts of criminal damage to property (as a party to a crime), theft of movable property greater than $2,000 to $5,000 (as a party to a crime) and theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (as a party to a crime).
