Case dismissed
A charge of theft against Heidi K. Schreck, 39, Marshfi eld, was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
Trials slated
The following appeared in court and entered pleas of not guilty: Amanda L. Green, 37, Evergreen Park. Ill., possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia; Jerrad J. R. Farr, 28, Ogema, operating while revoked; ignition interlock device (IID) tampering-failure to install in violation of court order and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.
Deferred prosecution
Audrey J. Green, 84, Withee, pled no contest to operating left of center and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for a period of nine months. Upon successful completion of the agreement, the court will dismiss the case.
Forfeitures
Ryan M. Bahr, 39, Medford, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-first offense [prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC) greater than or equal to 0.15 percent]. Bar forfeited $1,035.50; his driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an IID is to be installed on his vehicle for one year; and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.
Separate charges of operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent-first offense and failure of operator to notify police of an accident against Bahr were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.
Eric A. Fliehs, 24, Plymouth, pled no contest to operating with a PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percentfi rst offense. Fliehs forfeited $972.50; his driver’s license was revoked for seven months; an IID is to be installed on his vehicle for one year; and he must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow through with a driver safety plan.
Separate charges of operating with a restricted controlled substance-first offense, failure of operator to notify police of an accident, resisting/obstructing an officer and operating while under the influence-first offense (PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 percent) against Fliehs were dismissed on prosecutor’s motions.
Probation ordered
Sharon R. Kaliebe, 60, Wausau, pled guilty to operating while under the influence-second offense. Kalieba was sentenced to 55 days in jail; forfeited $1,744; must submit to a DNA sample; her driver’s license was revoked for 18 months; an IID is to be installed on her vehicle for 12 months; and she must undergo an alcohol an drug assessment and comply with the driver safety plan. Sentence was imposed and stayed and Kalieba was placed on probation for two years on the condition she serve five days in jail; pay a forfeiture of $1,429 and supervision fees as ordered by the Department of Corrections; submit to a DNA sample; her driver’s license was revoked for 12 months; an IID is to be installed on her vehicle for 12 months; and she must undergo an alcohol an drug assessment and comply with the driver safety plan. A count of operating with a PAC-second offense was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
Kaliebe also pled guilty to a separate charge of operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and forfeited $10.
A separate charge of failure to keep vehicle under control was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.
