Since 1889, the Klemish family has owned and operated a dairy farm in New Auburn, and now make and sell their own ice cream, as part of Klemish Creamery, with milk right from their own herd of cows. For 137 years, a family farm in New Auburn, has called the area home and raised dairy cows. However, since 2022, that family farm has evolved, to include the sweeter part of life.
