Ever a favorite with the crowd, the Hoco Loco Kazoo Band was back in action, March 14, as part of Holcombe’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Despite a “crunchy” snowfall the day before, a chilly wind blowing ahead of a blizzard warning later that night, and crisp temperatures, a large attendance was the order of the day, with numerous parade entries passing out candy, toys, beads, cans of beer, drink tickets to local bars and even toilet paper.
