Ziggi’s Coffee set to open first-ever Wisconsin location
Ziggi’s Coffee, one of America’s leading specialty franchised concepts dedicated to serving only the finest roasted coffee, uniquely handcrafted beverages and a wide variety of eats and treats, is excited to announce its upcoming debut in Wisconsin. Founded in 2004 and based in Colorado, Ziggi’s Coffee has become known for its welcoming atmosphere, commitment to community and a menu that blends quality with convenience. The new location, set to open in Fall 2025 at 1260 N 8th St, Medford, WI 54451, will mark the brand’s first in the state—a major milestone for the company and local community. This highly anticipated opening will not only introduce Wisconsin to the Ziggi’s Coffee experience but is also expected to create approximately 15 new jobs, contributing to Medford’s growing economy.
Owned and operated by Steven and Rachel Lawrence along with Pete Stamov, the 2,060 sq. ft. coffee shop will include a café alongside a convenient drive-thru for quick service and guests on-the-go. Ziggi’s Coffee serves a full lineup of beverages, including specialty coffee, chai, teas, handcrafted smoothies, Italian sodas, Fresherz, Energy Infusions and its newest offering, Dirty Soda – a bold, flavorful twist on traditional soft drinks. The menu also features a variety of food options, such as breakfast burritos, sandwiches, warm paninis and fresh-baked treats like cookies, scones, cinnamon rolls and cake pops.
