Hunter James Channing, 26, of Ogema, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating while suspended and displaying false vehicle registration plate, and was ordered to pay a total of $464.00.

David Dorcent, 40, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating while suspended and exceeding speed zones etc. (16-19 mph), and was ordered to pay a total of $401.00.

Cindy Marie Evers, 45, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of unsafe lane deviation, and was ordered to pay $175.30.

Kyle Landon Firnstahl, 37, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Izabella M. Hernandez, 17, of Curtis, was found guilty due to no contest plea of truancy - 1st, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

James Michael Kane III, 20, of Sheldon, was found guilty due to no contest plea of speeding in 55 mph zone (20-24 mph), and was ordered to pay $225.70.

Danielle Lee Stiel-Mercer, 40, of Westboro, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of operating a motor vehicle without insurance and vehicle operator failure to wear a seat belt, and was ordered to pay a total of $210.50.

Brittany Marie Story, 40, of Boyd, was found guilty due to no contest plea of speeding in 55 mph zone (25-29 mph), and was ordered to pay $250.90.

Alondra Aranzazu Valdez Osuna, 20, of Abbotsford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating without a valid license, and was ordered to pay $200.50.

Joseph Wambach, 81, of Withee, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of speeding in 55 mph zone (16-19 mph) and operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance, and was ordered to pay a total of $210.50.

Sean William Weiss, 39, of Mondovi, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating snowmobile without trail sticker, and was ordered to pay $232.00.

Colleen Denise Welker, 56, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest plea of operating while revoked (forfeiture 3rd), and was ordered to pay $326.50.

Dawson Lee Westrich, 24, of Medford, was found guilty due to no contest pleas of vehicle operator failure to wear a seat belt and unnecessary acceleration, and was ordered to pay a total of $223.10.

Initial Appearance

Kaedyn Lee Kopelke, 18, of Ogema, had an initial appearance for operating while intoxicated (1st) and operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.08 but less than 0.15 (1st), and was dismissed on prosecutor’s own motion.

Cheyenne Marie Taylor, 19, of Prentice, had an initial appearance for operating with PAC greater than or equal to 0.15 (1st), and was dismissed on court’s own motion.

Guilty Pleas

Carlito Rojelio Martinez, 17, of Medford, pled guilty to truancy - 2nd+, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Chetsairy Yeirys Medina Fuentes, 17, of Medford, pled guilty to truancy - 2nd+, and was ordered to pay $263.50.

Cheyenne Marie Taylor, 19, of Prentice, pled guilty to operating while intoxicated (1st) and possession of open intoxicants in motor vehicle-driver, and was ordered to pay a total of $1,409. Ignition interlock device was ordered, DOT license was revoked and AODA assessment ordered.

Not Guilty Pleas

Melvin Mendoza Amador, 24, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating without a valid license and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Cassandra Marie Barker, 34, of New Richmond, pled not guilty to speeding in 55 mph zone (20-24 mph).

Logan Becker, 37, of Owen, pled not guilty to inattentive driving and failure of operator to notify police of accident.

Derek Duane Brahmer, 45, of Medford, pled not guilty to disorderly conduct.

Alexander Gomezgutierrez, 24, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years), transferee failure to apply new vehicle title, and non-registration of an automotive vehicle less than 10,000 lbs.

Ramon Andres Hernandez Zambrano, 47, of Medford, pled not guilty to operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years).

David Edward La Rock, 55, of Withee, pled not guilty to resisting/obstructing an officer, permit solid waste to be thrown from a vehicle (less than 10 gallons) and operating left of center.

Cameron Allen Menning, 16, of Rib Lake, pled not guilty to operating a motor vehicle without insurance and failure to keep vehicle under control.

Brittany Elizabeth Marie Stanke, 27, of Westboro, pled not guilty to hit and run-unattended.
