Court dates April 16-30 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation Shawn Michael Featherston, 31, Granton, was fined $1,844 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, third). He was sentenced to 65 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 24 months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.
Alexander J. Drinka, 20, Alma Center, was fined $1,553.93 for criminal damage to property (as party to a crime) and possessing a firearm – adjudicated delinquent of a felony. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years. He will also be required to complete 25 hours of community service. Charges of theft of movable property less than or equal to $2,500 (as party to a crime, two counts) and another count of criminal damage to property (as party to a crime) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Vincent J. Gomez, 29, Boscobel, was fined $518 for failure to maintain sex offender registry. His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for three years.
Various forfeitures (organized by dollar amount) Nicola Cervantes Salas, 20, Spencer, was fined $1,301 for OWI (first) and possessing open intoxicants in motor vehicle – driver. His license was revoked six months and he will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Kyra Pary Anton, 25, Minneapolis, Minn., was fined $937.50 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (first). She had her license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. Charges of OWI (first), inattentive driving and a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Scott Richard Beaulieu, 45, Chili, was fined $866.10 for failure of operator to notify police of accident, failure to keep vehicle under control and possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle – driver.
Sherry Lynn Cayton, 50, was fined $779 for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cory A. Berendes, 25, Redgranite, was fined $762.51 for disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). Charges of battery (domestic abuse assessments) and two counts of criminal damage to property (domestic abuse assessments) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Chad Douglas Emling, 29, Neillsville, was fined $602.60 for failure to keep vehicle under control and failure of operator to notify police of accident.

Laura Lynn Boyle, 44, Neillsville, was fined $590 for operating while revoked (forfeiture fourth) and a license restriction violation – Class D or M vehicle.
Rodrigo Bautista Cruz, 29, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal). A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Herminio Cuaquehua Colohua, 34, Dorchester, was fined $443 for operating without a valid license (thirdplus within three years).
Ernesto Fabian Garcia, 53, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for operating without a valid license (second within three years).
Tyler S. Ingersoll, 35, Colby, was fined $389.50 for reckless driving – endangering safety.
Clinton Lebarron, 22, Fairchild, was fined $343.50 for place, use or hunt wild animals with bait (less than 5 gallons).
Alex Daniel Jinsky, 24, Wisconsin Rapids, was fined $326.50 for failure to yield right-of-way to highway workers.
Taylor Christopher Ashton Black, 18, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct.
Kenneth J. Luepke, 76, Spencer, was fined $263.50 for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.
Shane Steven Carpenter, 37, Humbird, was fined $250 for abandoned, junked vehicle and appliances prohibited and a breeding place for vermin.
Christopher G. H. Behne, 42, Granton, was fined $213.10 for unreasonable and imprudent speed.
Keyla Nathacha Duartegelvez, 37, Schofield, was fined $200.50 for operating while revoked (forfeiture first).
