On April 15 at 7:15 a.m., a vehicle operated by Heather Nigh, 29, of Milladore, was traveling southbound on CTH C in the town of Deer Creek and negotiating a curve in the roadway. A vehicle driven by Nolan Ferber, 22, of Byron, Minn. was traveling northbound on CTH C approaching the same curve in the roadway.
