eports Violations resulting in incarceration

■ Phillip Paul Leu, 34, Owen, was fined $1,819 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, fifth or sixth). He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison and three years of extended supervision. His license was revoked for three years and he will be required to use an ignition interlock device.

■ Jeremy Henaman, 34, Spencer, was fined $1,018 for possession of child pornography. He was sentenced to three years of state prison and two years of extended supervision.

Another charge of possession of child pornography was dismissed but read in to the court record.

■ Daniel Charles Buchanan, 55, Owen, was fined

$653 for illegal passing of a school bus reported and failure to stop for unloading school bus.

■ Mario Alberto Gutierrez Guillen, 23, Spencer, was fined $453 for operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). A charge of ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install/violate court order was dismissed but read in to the court record.

■ Taylor Louise Neubauer, 20, Unity, was fined

$175.30 for cracked/damaged vehicle windshield.

■ Natalia Guadalupe Reyes-Mora, 18, Abbotsford, was fined $276.10 for speeding.

■ Chelsa Marie Hendrickson, 31, Curtiss, and Curtis Allen Lloyd Schjoneman, 36, Colby, were fined $250.90 for speeding.

■ Esteban Gomez, 18, of Colby, was fined $225.70 for speeding.

■ Jessica Jo Anastacio Angel, 31, Colby, Melissa Budtke, 26, Spencer, and Jessica L. Faude, 38, Medford were fined $200.50 for speeding.

■ Alan Alverez Zarza, 26, Unity, Francisco Javier Bonilla Cruz, 54, Abbotsford, Rene Cruz Carmona, 43, Abbotsford, Humberto Antonio Escobar, 32, Curtiss, Luis Gustavo Camacho, 24, Curtiss, and Eddy Misael Zeledon Cardenas, 33, Colby, were all fined $200.50 for operating without a valid license, first offense.

■ Alan Alverez Zarza, 26, Unity, Savanna Fern Bounds, 38, Abbotsford, Leslie Allen Burkhalter, 59, Withee, and Paul S. Todd, 56, Withee were all fined

$200.50 for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

■ Russell Leo Fetting, 27, Colby, and Douglas Allan Kirchner, 72, Owen, were fined $175.30 for speeding.

■ Taylor James Gertsch, 27, Owen, was fined $175.30 for non-registration of a vehicle, less than 10,000 pounds.

■ Lauren Irelin Meyer, 23, Loyal was fined $175.30 for failure to stop at a stop sign.

■ Jeremy D. Anderson, 45, Withee, Ryan Robert Durbin, 44, Curtiss, Linda Jane Jasmer, 73, Withee, Shelley Rene Mast, 58, Owen, Kevin John Paul, 58, Stetsonville, James L. Rasmussen, 76, Owen, Richard Allen Sowieja, 63, Owen, and William David Windle, 66, Withee, were fined $10 for vehicle operator or passenger failure to wear a seat belt.
