OURT Court dates Sept. 1–30 Violations resulting in incarceration or probation
Mariah D. Stanley, 31, Abbotsford, was fined $128,512.89 for theft in a business setting, greater than $10,000 to $100,000. A charge of identity theft to obtain money or credit was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Travis John Householder, 40, Neillsville, was fined $7,987 for operating while intoxicated (OWI, fifth or sixth). He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison and 36 months of extended supervision.
Adam L. Miller, 44, Spencer, was fined $5,022 for OWI (fourth), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments), resisting or obstructing an officer and contact after a domestic abuse arrest. He was sentenced to 215 days in jail, with 186 days of the jail sentence stayed and the remaining 29 days to be served starting Sept. 18. He was also placed on probation for four and a half years. He had his license revoked 36 months and will be required to use an ignition interlock device. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/ controlled substance/refusal) and seven counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.
Paul E. O’Keefe Jr., 42, Swansea, Ill., was fined $3,662 for four counts of failure to support child (120 days-plus). His sentence was stayed and he was placed on probation for two years. Six additional counts of counts of failure to support child (120 days-plus) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Daniel L. Schilling, 62, Stetsonville, was fined $2,197 for OWI (fourth). He was sentenced to 185 days in jail, with 156 days of the sentence stayed and 29 days to be served. He was also placed on probation for two years. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device. His license was revoked 26 months. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
James E. Fondrliak, 53, Kenosha, was fined $1,912.10 for knowingly violating a domestic abuse order (injunction, resisting or obstructing an officer) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). He was sentenced to 30 days in local jail.
Anthony Dewayne Sturgeon, 55, Hortonville, was fined $1,839 for operating with a restricted, controlled substance (third). He was sentenced to 45 days in local jail. He also had his license revoked 24 months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Craig Alan Proctor, 66, Neillsville, was fined $1,769 for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC, fifth or sixth). He was sentenced to one year in state prison and 30 months of extended supervision.
Tyler J. Mohr, 30, Neillsville, was fined $1,579 for two counts of disorderly conduct (one with a domestic abuse modifi er) and substantial battery – intend bodily harm (repeater). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: six counts of felony bail jumping, operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) and another count of disorderly conduct (repeater).
Jonathon R. Churkey, 34, Stanley, was fined $1,554 for exposing genitals/pubic area/intimate parts to a child (repeater), theft of movable property worth greater than $2,500 to $5,000, and criminal damage to property (over $2,500). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for four years. Charges dismissed but read in to the court record were: causing a child less than 13 years old to view/listen to sexual activity, burglary to a building or dwelling (as party to a crime), possession of methamphetamine, possessing drug paraphernalia, taking and driving a vehicle without consent (as party to a crime), and two counts of neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur).
Adrian Villa Nava, 36, Abbotsford, was fined $1,494 for operating with a PAC (third, alcohol fine enhancer). He was sentenced to 45 days in local jail. He had his license revoked 24 months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment. A charge of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Emmalee Erin Dingee, 29, Neillsville, was fined $1,429 for two counts of disorderly conduct (one with a use of a dangerous weapon, misdemeanor and domestic abuse modifiers) and neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur). Her sentence was stayed and she was placed on probation for 24 months. Another count of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Kelly R. Dombrowski, 43, Freedom, was fined $1,301 for OWI (first) and a Uniform Controlled Substance Act violation. Her license was revoked six months and she was required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Malyssa Dawn Marie Weaver, 20, Loyal, was fined $1,086 for misdemeanor bail jumping (domestic abuse assessments) and disorderly conduct (domestic abuse assessments). She was sentenced to 90 days in local jail. Two counts of battery (domestic abuse, infliction of physical pain or injury) and one count of attempted battery (domestic abuse assessments) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Roger J. Hattamer Jr., 41, Waupun, was fined $873 for child enticement – expose sex organ (lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders) and first-degree child sexual assault – sexual contact or sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 13. He was sentenced to 14 years in state prison and seven years of extended supervision. A charge of incest with a child (lifetime supervision of serious sex offenders) was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Sara Jean Dahl, 39, Thorp, was fined $767.50 for sex offender residency restrictions.
Timothy Edward Martinez Zelms, 28, Tomahawk, was fined $1,036 for failure to support child (120 days-plus). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years. Four more counts of failure to support child (120 days-plus) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Brandon M. Hayes, 22, Owen, was fined $528 for possession of methamphetamine (as party to a crime). He was sentenced to eight months in local jail. Charges of possession of THC (second-plus offense, as party to a crime) and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia (as party to a crime) were dismissed but read in to the court record.
Edward H. Zelms, 36, Sturtevant, was fined $518 for vehicle operator flee/elude officer (repeater). His sentence was withheld and he was placed on probation for two years.
Jesse David Albrecht, 24, Abbotsford, was fined $443 for disorderly conduct (use of a dangerous weapon). He was sentenced to six months in local jail. A charge of intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Jason Jeremiah Woodke, 47, Neillsville, was fined $263.50 for trespassing.

Jeffrey J. Sauer, 57, Thorp, was fined $5,020 for failure to obtain construction site stormwater discharge permit at least 14 days before construction. A charge of failure to develop an appropriate, site-specific erosion control plan was dismissed but read in to the court record.
Haas Transport, Thorp, was fined $3,870 for violating Class A highway weight limits.
Luis Miguel Jarquin Alaniz, 27, Colby, was fined $1,752.80 for OWI (first), unsafe lane deviation, driving the wrong way on a divided highway and operating without a valid license. He had his license revoked nine months, he will be required to use an ignition interlock device and he must complete an alcohol assessment.
J. Ervin Showalter, 72, Loyal, was fined $1,703.95 for violating Class A highway weight limits.
Amaro Noe Perez, 30, Granton, was fined $1,250.60 for operating with a PAC greater or equal than 0.08 but less than 0.15 (first), and failure to keep vehicle under control. He had his license revoked six months and will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Eric Gene Luchinski, 42, Withee, was fined $1,244.38 for two counts of issuance of worthless checks.
Trevor Michael Witt, 26, Owen, was fined $1,037.50 for OWI (first). His license was revoked six months and he was required to complete an alcohol assessment.
Jacob Levi King, 29, Dorchester, was fined $987.50 for OWI (first). He had his license revoked six months. He will be required to use an ignition interlock device and complete an alcohol assessment.

Melannie Lynn Rabideau, 43, Thorp, was fined $937.50 for OWI (first). Her license was revoked six months and she will be required to complete an alcohol assessment.
