Body found in roadside ditch identified as Medford man

A deceased person found in a ditch along CTH O over the weekend has been identified as 48-year-old Keith A. Binder of Medford. According to sheriff Larry Woebbeking, on July 9 at approximately 9:54 a.m. the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office received a report of what appeared to be a deceased subject laying in the ditch approximately one-half mile east of CTH E on CTH O near the Black River Bridge in the town of Little Black. Taylor County deputies arrived on scene and confirmed a middle-aged white male was laying in the ditch near the water and was deceased. The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office investigation into the incident has determined the deceased to be 48-year-old Keith A. Binder of Medford. Preliminary findings have indicated the victim, Keith Binder had been dead for up to 24 hours at the location he was found. An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death but at this time, no foul play is suspected.
