The hearing will be in the Council Conference Room at City Hall, 639 S. 2nd Street as follows: PUBLIC HEARING to discuss a request for a variance from Charles & Janet Johnson to be allowed to create a lot (parcel) that has 33 feet of street frontage instead of the 70 feet as required in Section 3.3.3.d of the City of Medford Zoning Code. A variance can be allowed per Section 4.2.5.d of the City of Medford Zoning Code.
