Victoria Obenhoffer

Victoria Obenhoffer, 70, of Medford, passed away peacefully at Aspirus Hospital with her loving family by her side on Friday, Aug. 28, 2026. A memorial service for Victoria will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father Jayanna Kanna officiating. Visitation will take place at Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Saturday Sept. 12, 2026 from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.

Vicky was born on Dec. 23, 1955, to Thomas and Joyce Hoffman in Medford. She graduated from Colby High School in 1973. After attending technical school, Vicky worked for the U.S. Forestry Department for 25 years, retiring in 2010. Don and Vicky were married on Nov. 4, 1978.

Vicky loved spending time with family, especially playing cards and games. She loved cooking and baking, especially with her granddaughters. She loved reading, going for walks and taking care of her flowers.

Vicky is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Don; her children, Kimberly (Shaun) Helminski, of Curtiss, and Lance, of Wisconsin Rapids; her granddaughters, Sierra (Bryan) Haizel, of Rib Lake, and Emy Sousek, of Osseo; her mother, Joyce Hoffman, of Abbotsford; her brother, Thomas (Millie) Hoffman Jr., of Medford; her sister, Debbie Wysocki, of Wausau; her sister-in-law, Julie Hoffman, of Marion; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Bucky.

Vicky was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Hoffman Sr.; brother, Kirk Hoffman; and brother-in-law, Steve Wysocki.
