REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Greenwood Housing Authority is requesting bids for the installation of new flooring in all common areas that currently have vinyl composite tile and one apartment at the Black River View Apartments located at 312 N. Reese St., Greenwood, WI. The common areas consist of two smaller entry vestibules, a larger atrium area, one storage hallway and one small storage area, one laundry room, and one, one-bedroom apartment. The new flooring should be sturdy and durable, wood grain (color the choice of owner), glue-down, vinyl plank and include all transitions. All demo and disposal of existing flooring is the contractor’s responsibility. This is a federally subsidized property, which means that Davis Bacon wages need to be paid to all contractors on site. If you are awarded the bid, you will need to provide a certificate of insurance and a W-9. A disbarment certificate, EEO/ AA certification, Section 3 compliance, and a non-collusive affidavit will be provided for you to sign as well. Certified payrolls are required. Assistance for completion of certified payrolls is available. A walk-through of the building and apartment will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2026.
