This awesome heeler mix is about 14 weeks old, weighs 21.2 pounds, and has a handsome, short-haired black and white coat with lots of speckles and tan highlights. He is a dashing lover boy who likes to get lots of attention. Being a heeler puppy, Penguin has lots of energy and would do well with an active family who can help him keep busy.
