A public bid opening will be held immediately following the bid deadline at the forestry and parks department office at the above address. This is a landlocked parcel. All bidders must own property immediately adjacent to or be able to demonstrate legal access to the real property being offered for sale. Property is sold “as-is” and where-is” without any warranties or representations. Bidders shall complete and submit the Clark County bid form, which is available upon request from the Clark County Forestry and Parks Department office.
