TOWN OF WARNER CLARK COUNTY, WIS. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LRIP PROJECT (TRI) The Town of Warner is seeking proposals for a TRI Project in the Town of Warner, Clark County, per the following project request and specifications. The Town of Warner will receive sealed proposals until 7 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the town hall of the Town of Warner: Town of Warner Town Hall, W6194 Riplinger Road, Greenwood, Wis., 54437. All proposals shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Town of Warner 2026 TRI Proposal” Bids can be mailed to: Clerk, Town of Warner N10456 Sidney Ave. Greenwood, WI 54437 The proposals will be opened and received at 7 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the office of the Town of Warner as shown above. The Town of Warner town board will review and consider all proposals at this meeting. Bid specifications are as follows: • Supply, place, grade, and compact 3/4 Crushed Aggregate Base Course (Granite) that meets WisDOT specifications. • Project location: On Capital Road starting at Madison Avenue to Owen Avenue (4,013 L.F.) • 26’ wide, 6” thickness, compacted in two 3” lifts with a vibrating roller • Including approximately 2479 CY “in place compacted” • Provide unit cost which includes all required items and an estimated lump sum bid amount. • Provide contractor’s estimated loose truck haul volume. • Contractors are responsible for viewing all roads and making themselves familiar with the site as specified. • Contractor is responsible for the conversion of the compacted in place quantities to loose truck haul volumes for the material supplied to meet minimum 6” compacted depth. • The project must be completed by Sept. 1, 2026. There will be a contract with a penalty clause. All questions shall be directed to Town of Warner chairperson Don Larson, 715-613-6300. The Town of Warner will not accept any proposals received after the set time and date shown above. Town of Warner board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to wave any irregularities in any proposals, which in their opinion, is the most advantageous to the Town of Warner.
