OFFICIAL NOTICE PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING The Housing Authority of the City of Greenwood, Wis., in compliance with the Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations, is holding a public comment period for the revised annual plan for 2026 and the 2026–2030 five-year plan. City residents are encouraged to view and comment on the revisions during the comment period of Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025, through Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, at 4 p.m. at the Black River View Apartments, 312 N. Reese St., Greenwood, WI, to allow and discuss comments and recommendations for the revision of the 2026 annual plan and the 2026– 2030 five-year plan.
