TOWN OF EATON, CLARK COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, at 8 p.m., at the Town Hall of Eaton, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET of the Town of Eaton in Clark County will be held. The following is a summary of the proposed 2026 budget: 2026 Proposed Income Shared revenue 96,706.29 Highway aids 127,249.90 Licenses 200.00 Machine hire 1,200.00 Interest 50.00 Computer Aid 95.61 2025 levy 155,316.00 PROPOSED INCOME 380,817.80 2026 Proposed Expense Government 32,500.00 Insurance 13,100.00 Fire & Ambulance 42,290.05 Highway maintenance 240,927.75 Recycling 14,000.00 Taxes 3,800.00 State-assessed manufacturing fee 1,700.00 Hall & garage 2,500.00 Machinery fund 30,000.00 PROPOSED EXPENSE 380,817.80 NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF EATON, CLARK COUNTY Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, immediately following completion of the public hearing on the proposed year 2026 budget, which begins at 8 p.m., at the Town Hall of Eaton, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the town board for the following purposes will be held: 1. To approve total highway expenditures for 2026 pursuant to Section 82.03 of Wisconsin Statutes. 2.
