2025 SPENCER PICKLEBALL COURT SURFACING The Village of Spencer is soliciting bids for a pickleball court surfacing project. Located at 501 North LaSalle St., the Spencer Pickleball Area Recreation Club (SPARC) courts were initially paved in June of 2023. The surfacing will be done per a modified Subsection 323650 Pickleball Court Color Finish System specification and measures 127’ x 103.5’. Site plan layout, existing surface photos and specifications are available on request at the Spencer Village Municipal Building, 105 S. Park St., or by email from clerk@vil.spencer.wi.us. Bids are due Jan. 8, 2025, by 2 p.m. at the Spencer Municipal Building, or by mail at P.O. Box 360, Spencer, WI 54479, or by email at clerk@vil.spencer.wi.us, and will be opened immediately after.
