LOYAL BOARD OF EDUCATION REGULAR MEETING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2024 IN THE DISTRICT CONFERENCE ROOM • 6 P.M. The meeting will be livestreamed. Opening items 1.1 Call to order 1.2 Roll call 1.3 Approve agenda 1.4 The board will tour the K-12 facilities to view the summer maintenance projects. 1.5 Adjourn open session/convene into executive session. The board will entertain a motion to convene in closed session, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85 (1)(c), as appropriate, to discuss personnel issues. Roll call vote. 2.
