Residential OM& R rate of $11.79 per 1000 gallons, Land O’Lakes OM& R rate of $5.85 per 1,000 gallons, Surcharge rates: TSS $0.26 per pound, BOD $0.44 per pound, TP $9.54 per pound, and NH3 $0.44 per pound and holding tank rate of $17.81 per 1,000 gallons. (Jicinsky)(Hoes) was carried to approve increasing the village president’s pay to $5,000 per year and increasing the trustees stipend to $1,000 per year, effective in May of 2026. (Carolfi)(Jicinsky) was carried to approve Resolution 2024-6, “A resolution for the sale of fermented malt beverages in public parks in the Village of Spencer by officers and/or employees.” (Schafer)(Carolfi) was carried to approve a temporary class “B” retailer’s license for Spencer Area Chamber of Commerce Music in the Park events on Aug. 7, 14, 21 and 28.
