FARMLAND FOR LEASE The City of Loyal will be accepting sealed bids until Friday, Feb. 16, 2024, at 4 p.m. Bids shall be securely sealed and clearly stated “SEALED BID ENCLOSED – FARMLAND LEASE.” Bids will be opened at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024, at the city council meeting. The City of Loyal is accepting bids for farmland lease for a period of three crop years beginning March 1, 2024, through Feb. 28, 2027, for approximately 82 acres of tillable farmland and shall be leased for agricultural purposes only. Maps designating available parcels may be obtained at city hall. Copies of the lease and maps are available by contacting Shannon Toufar, city clerk/treasurer, at 715-255-8772, or at city hall.
