Kaylyn Hommrich of Fifield announces the birth of a son, Otis Allen Orion, born on March 7, at 8:05 a.m. at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He weighed 9 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Ella Daisy Koerner

Kelsey Koerner and Jesse Koerner of Wausau announce the birth of a daughter, Ella Daisy, born on March 13, at 4:01 p.m., at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 12.2 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.

Thiede named to the Dean’s List at Palmer College of Chiropractic

Joshua Thiede of Medford has been named to the fall 2021 Dean’s List at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Main campus in Davenport, Iowa.

Chett Grunwald accepted to Palmer College of Chiropractic

Chett Grunwald of Medford, WI has been accepted for enrollment for the spring 2022 trimester in the Doctor of Chiropractic degree program at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Main campus in Davenport, Iowa.

Palmer College of Chiropractic, the first and largest college in the chiropractic profession, has campuses in Davenport, Iowa; San Jose, Calif.; and Port Orange, Fla.

The following area students completed degree requirements at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in December. The 57th Annual Winter Commencement was held at the La Crosse Center Sunday, Dec. 19.

Medford: Jaden Carstensen, Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors Daryian Doberstein, Bachelor of Science in Biology Chett Grunwald, Bachelor of Science in Biology Hailey Wudi, Bachelor of Science in Psychology with highest honors Stetsonville: Jacob Sullivan, Bachelor of Science in Geography with: Geographic Information Science Concentration UW-La Crosse, founded in 1909, is one of the 13 fouryear institutions in the University of Wisconsin System. UWL has more than 10,400 full and part-time students enrolled in 101 undergraduate, 28 graduate and two doctoral academic programs.
