It’s hard to believe the regular season is done, but reality set in Feb. 10, as the Cornell-Lake Holcombe-Gilman wrestlers were in Regional action at Auburndale.

Taking top honors for the Wolfpack, was senior Troy Duellman (157 pounds), who won the second place match over the host school’s Wyatt Malsin, in a no contest decision. Also winning, was freshman Taydyn Angell (215), who took third over Stratford’s Walker Weis, by fall, in 1:54.

The two now advance on to Edgar, Feb. 17, for Sectional action.

Unfortunately, falling in his match, was freshman Kadyn Jones (138), who finished in sixth place, after dropping the bout to Stratford’s Lucas Forrest, in a 5-3 decision.
