Cornell falls in road game

Cornell headed to Independence-Gilmanton Dec. 28, for a boys basketball holiday match-up. The non-conference game leaned in favor of the Indees, as Cornell was down by 22 at halftime.

The second half saw much of the same and the game went to the home team, 65-27.

Sophomore Carson Stipek led for the Chiefs, with 10 points, followed by senior Bentley Spangler, with 6. Junior Hunter Anders, sophomore Grady Abbott and freshman Edward Woodford all recorded 3 points, while senior Will Peterson added 2.
