In their last game before conference action begins, the Cornell football program hosted Gilman Sept. 8. The Chiefs came up with a safety in the opening quarter, but those two points would be all that would come their way.

With a much deeper team, Gilman piled on 75 points over the rest of the game, to take a 75-2 victory.

Senior Jayden Joas-Shaw notched 52 yards in receiving for Cornell, followed by senior Noah Cripe, with 12, and senior Luke Anderson, who had 8. Cripe also added 6 yards rushing, while senior Bentley Spangler came up with 72 yards passing.
