Hornets roll in triangular

As the season starts to wind down, Cadott’s boys wrestling program is getting stronger each time out, as evidenced by a commanding triangular win.

Jan. 26 vs. Neillsville-Greenwood-Loyal (W 63-18)

Taking on Neillsville-Greenwood-Loyal, the Hornets saw wins from a core group of wrestlers and many forfeits, to claim a 63-18 win.

Earning victories for Cadott, were senior Brayden Sonnentag (132 pounds) over Evan Kautzer, in a mere 13 seconds; senior Cole Pfeiffer (160) over Gavyn McFarlane by fall, in 0.52; senior Levi Lindsay (195) over Carter Schoengarth, in a 4-1 decision; and junior Axel Tegels (220) over Braxton Kauth with a 1:14 fall.
