Margarita Maria Anderson, 35, of Medford, pled no contest to OWI (2nd with passenger <16 years old). A local jail sentence of 10 days was ordered and license was revoked for two years with an ignition interlock being installed for one year after license reinstatement. A forfeiture of $1,903 is to be paid to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts in the amount of $25/month beginning on September 19 with an increase to $50/month beginning December 19 and increasing to $100/month beginning January 19, 2023. Anderson shall submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. Jail sentence may be served with good time and huber privileges. Anderson must also complete AODA and follow through with driver safety plan.

Anderson pled no contest and was found guilty of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal 4th+offense). Anderson was ordered to pay a forfeiture of $579 with payment plan same as above charges.

Four charges of operating while revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), three charges of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating with PAC >=.02 under IID order (2nd offense), and four counts of misdemeanor bail-jumping were dismissed but read in court.

Dakotta L. Euclide, 22, of Medford, pled no contest and was found guilty of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence was withheld and a probation of one year was ordered. Euclide must submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. Court costs of $518 are to be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Courts office in the amount of $25/month beginning November 1. Euclide shall undergo AODA and follow through with any recommended treatment and shall obtain GED or HSED. Euclide shall report to Taylor County Jail to complete the booking process as soon as he is released. He shall attend counseling as deemed appropriate by the probation agent.

Charges of non-registration of vehicle-auto <10,000 lbs., failure of owner to transfer title, operating while suspended were dismissed on prosecutor’s motion. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed but read in court.

Natasha S. Bratland, 31, of Lublin pled no contest and was found guilty of neglecting a child (consequence is death). Bratland entered into a deferred prosecution agreement for three years. Bratland shall not commit any criminal offenses and shall notify the Taylor County District Attorney’s Office as well as the Clerk of Court’s office, of any change of address within 10 days of said change. Upon successful completion of the agreement the state will move to dismiss the charge.

Bratland pled no contest and was found guilty of two charges of neglecting a child (specified harm did not occur). Sentence was withheld and a probation of two years was ordered. Bratland must submit to a DNA sample at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Department. Fines of $886 shall be paid directly to the Taylor County Clerk of Court at the rate of $50/month beginning September 23. Bratland shall comply with all Child Protective Services (CPS) recommendations and at agent’s discretion, Bratland shall continue with counseling and comply with all medications that are prescribed.
