For the second week in a row, the Cornell football program faced some tough competition – the weather. In a rainy, stormy non-conference game, the Chiefs were hosted by Gilman Sept. 9.
The Pirates jumped out to a quick lead in the first quarter, with a touchdown, and from then on, it was all Gilman, as Cornell couldn’t muster their offense. The game went to Gilman, 61-0.
Offensively, junior Daniel Person had 14 yards passing and 11 yards rushing, while senior Dylan Bowe had 2 yards rushing. Senior Blake Anders recorded 10 yards on receiving and senior Jeremiah Hetke had 9.
