Hornets outmatch Pittsville

Cadott continues to dominate the opening games of the football season, as they hosted Pittsville Aug. 25, in a non-conference match. Pittsville may have struck first, with a touchdown in the first quarter, to go up 6-0, but that was all they’d get.

The Hornets answered back with a touchdown run of their own by junior Connor Roth, with the extra point kick good from senior Peter Weir. Cadott got on the board again in the second quarter, with a touchdown run from junior Easton Goodman; the extra point attempt by Roth was unsuccessful, but the Hornets were up 13-6.
